Bull, a 1937 English Education graduate of Northern Arizona University, recognize the best short story and the best poem submitted by an English major or English graduate student. </p><p>Eligibility: To be eligible for this award, you must </p><p>(1) be a declared BA in English or BS in English Education major (i.e., BS in Ed.
