Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at any time.</p><p>Stage One Online Induction – this letter, with active links can be found on the LMPA website www.lmpa.org.au under ‘Employment/Relief Employment’ Stage Two Employment Pack Stage Three Induction DVD Stage Four Orientation to the service - Relievers first time working at the service Stage Five New Permanent Staff</p><p>Stage 1-3 must be completed before staff will be employed by LMPA</p><p>Stage One - Online Induction Policies Read and Survey Completed In order to complete stage one you are required to complete pre-induction reading of our policies. Please find these listed on our website www.lmpa.org.au under ‘Resources’ / ‘Policies’.</p><p>Policies required to be read prior to completing survey.
