Districts collect and communicate groups’ needs to trainer before the training Ask trainer to assess group and start where the group is at Design/provide “After I’ve had kit training” follow up experience </p><p>Training Evaluation feedback loop: LASER Communicates survey results to dist/building folks Follow up/implementation check in a few weeks into teaching the kit, District communicate follow up check in/feedback to LASER</p><p>Communication at a teacher level from each teacher Communication electronically, what teachers need, what administrators need (survey monkey)</p><p>Science mentor program to continue moving science forward with new teachers Create program description for building science coaches/mentors/science leaders</p><p>Good LASER plan in place in all districts LASER hosts plan updating work-day</p><p>Regional network with dollars and assets Build awareness of reasonableness of amount of training per teacher all contents Build awareness that competing programs are not necessarily competing, but rather can be intentionally supportive of each other Build Science community awareness (ie.
