You have been asked to resurrect an old off-line tester. Basically, it has sat in storage for a zillion years and now there is real heated interest in getting this machine up and running again. Does this sound familiar? Your job, is to complete the following tasks.</p><p>PRELIMINARY WORK</p><p>Create a table on any spreadsheet of your choice that has a list of all inputs and outputs of the PLC on this offline tester. You can set up the sheet any way you want but it must be clear, legible and easy to understand. (15pts)</p><p>Create an order of operations that you think this tester may do. Remember it may not work, yet, but the goal is to get it operational. So order of operation will make a world of difference in troubleshooting. Note: be careful, you are not sure as to what extent the machine is in.
