If any transaction is delayed or not effected for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information furnished or the payment of dividend cannot be made through ECS on account of the Bankers restricting or discontinuing the ECS facility or for any other reason whatsoever, I shall not hold the company or their bankers responsible.
