I do not wish to participate in the ECS. However, kindly print the bank particulars given below in the dividend warrant being issued to me

I hereby declare that the particulars given above are correct and complete. If any transaction is delayed or not effected for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information furnished or the payment of dividend cannot be made through ECS on account of the Bankers restricting or discontinuing the ECS facility or for any other reason whatsoever, I shall not hold the company or their bankers responsible. I have carefully read the Company’s letter and notes in this regard and agree to avail of the ECS facility provided by RBI in the manner implemented by the Company, until otherwise intimated by me.

Notes:

1. The mandate given as above shall replace the mandate and/or any other Bank particulars received earlier.

2. If the payment cannot be made by ECS for whatever reason, the Company has an option to print the necessary bank particulars on the payment instrument/s in addition to the name of the payee, until the dividend payment is covered under ECS or until any change is specified.

3. ECS instruction, sent through email or fax will not be accepted.
