<p> ICAOA ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES August 6, 2012</p><p>Meeting was called to order by president Dave Severson at 7:40 p.m. Severson introduced the members of the Executive Board for the previous year: executive secretary Josh Berka, assistant executive secretary Dave Huling, himself, vice president Ted Sueppel, and member-at-large Gene Vineyard.</p><p>Severson introduced Bill LeMonnier, football crew chief in the Big Ten Conference, who gave a presentation on improvement in officiating.</p><p>Berka presented the ICAOA financial report for the 2011-12 fiscal year. The report was accepted by the membership without comment (Addendum B).</p><p>Severson commended those officials earning postseason assignments in the sports covered by ICAOA. A comprehensive list is in Addendum A.</p><p>Severson and Berka gave brief remarks on their recently-completed trip to the annual NASO (National Association of Sports Officials) Summit in Portland, Oregon.
