<p> Douglas J Webster</p><p>Douglas J Webster born in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is an artist not trained by conventional means. With God given talent he creates amazing art. One would never know by his work that he has had no professional or personal training. He uses his gift and ability to see beyond his natural vision, to create beautiful images in different mediums such as colour and graphite pencils. Currently, he works with soft pastels on suede board and the results are astounding. </p><p>The images seem to speak to the very heart and spirit of those that view his work. When you look at Douglas’s work you sense the passion and emotions, the persona and character of that particular piece, it seems to draw you into that which is taking place. These various images are the very essence and experience of the man.</p><p>Witnessing the joy, curiosity and surprise that people express after having experienced his work, gives him great pleasure and honour.
