Together we explore yoga poses, and learn breathing techniques in a fun, safe environment. Meet in the Spindler Dining Room. Bring your mat or borrow one of ours. No need to register.</p><p>Sit and Be Fit</p><p>Every Thursday 10– 11am GR International Fellowship, 3765 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Grand Rapids 49508 Join this drop in fitness class as a step to getting active and staying healthy!
