Organize Photo in a single folder 2. Select and save cartoon image from internet 3. In Paint.net, open photo and use Lasso tool and select 4. Open cartoon image, “Paste into new layer” and size. 5. Use the "Eraser" tool to erase any unwanted parts of the pasted layer. 6. “File” and “Save as…” 7.
