How to “Face Swap”

Directions: Watch the corresponding video that walks you through the following steps.

Face Swap

1. Organize Photo in a single folder 2. Select and save cartoon image from internet 3. In Paint.net, open photo and use Lasso tool and select 4. Open cartoon image, “Paste into new layer” and size. 5. Use the "Eraser" tool to erase any unwanted parts of the pasted layer. 6. “File” and “Save as…” 7. Save as a “jpeg” in your folder under a different name.

Assignment: “Face Swap” a photo of yourself onto a cartoon image.

 Use a cartoon with a white background  Use the “Paintbrush” tool with “White as its Primary colour” to help edit out unwanted background

You will be assessed a mark out of 10 based on the quality of work and evidence of effort
