<p> Try This Conference: Join “The Conference Team!”</p><p>1. Where and when is the conference? The conference is held on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon from Friday June 3rd to Saturday June 4th.</p><p>1. How much does it cost to attend? It costs $100 to attend the conference, but admission and housing is free for Conference Team members</p><p>2. How far in advance do I have to be there? The Conference Team is in Buckhannon two days before the conference to help set up, then help operate the conference. (June 1st – June 4th). </p><p>3. Where will I stay? The team stays on campus in the West Virginia Wesleyan College dorms free of charge. </p><p>4. Who are the members of The ConferenceTeam? Most are VISTA workers, public health students, and college students. Most are between 18 and 24. </p><p>5. What will I be doing? Conference Team members are involved in just about every aspect of the conference. They:  Monitor break-out rooms (can indicate a preference or special interest)  Keep physical activity going on the green  Keep the social media humming  Help set up exhibits and tech  Lead rocking stretch breaks  Construct conference packets  Put up signs around campus and town  Whatever else is needed</p><p>6.
