<p> CITY OF NOWTHEN ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA</p><p>RESOLUTION 2011-04</p><p>A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF NOWTHEN IN 2011.</p><p>WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Nowthen is the governing body of the City of Nowthen; and</p><p>WHEREAS, because of increases in the costs of providing various services, a revision of the 2010 Fee Schedule is necessary.</p><p>NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NOWTHEN, MINNESOTA THAT: The City of Nowthen, Minnesota hereby establishes the following fee schedule for 2011:</p><p>A.
