CITY OF NOWTHEN ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTARESOLUTION 2011-04A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF NOWTHEN IN 2011.WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Nowthen is the governing body of the City of Nowthen; andWHEREAS, because of increases in the costs of providing various services, a revision of the 2010 Fee Schedule is necessary.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NOWTHEN, MINNESOTA THAT: The City of Nowthen, Minnesota hereby establishes the following fee schedule for 2011:A.
