<p> Social Media SERM Final Project</p><p>Introduction: In recent years, interactive Web sites, social media networks, Internet communications, and cell phone applications have drastically changed the marketing environment. </p><p>Today, you will be researching the entertainer/athlete of your choice to investigate the impact that these changes have had on their lives and /or careers. </p><p>Once you have completed your entertainer/athlete research, you will create a PowerPoint & present the last day of school!</p><p>1. Which entertainer/athlete have you chosen to research?</p><p>Perform a Google search for this individual and attempt to locate at least two articles mentioning how he/she uses social media to advance his/her career. </p><p>2. Why do some target markets choose specific marketing tools? (10 points)</p><p> Slide Seven – Your opinion. Why has social media and networking become so popular? Relate this to your chosen entertainer/athlete. (10 points) Slide Eight/Nine– Identify the pros and cons of social media.
