Prerequisite: Introductory pelvic floor course on urinary incontinence</p><p>REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 5, 2014. Course limited to 24 participants. This course may be cancelled if a minimum number of participants is not reached by the registration deadline, in which case a full reimbursement will be given. In the case of cancellation by a participant, full reimbursement is given if notice is provided before the deadline. There will be no reimbursement after the deadline unless the space can be filled by a new registrant. We will also accept registration after the deadline if space is available. </p>
