
<p> MINUTES</p><p>MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOME ADVISORY COUNCIL</p><p>APRIL 7, 2004</p><p>The Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council convened April 7, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. in Room 117 of the State Office Building, 165 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106.</p><p>Members Present: Vincent Flynn, Chairman CHFA Employee Bennett Pudlin Attorney at Law Myriam Clarkson Mobile Manufactured Housing Ind. Hurlburt, Director, at (860) 713-6135.</p><p>The next regular meeting of this Advisory Council is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 2004.</p><p>Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council Minutes – April 7, 2004 1 MINUTES</p><p>The Advisory Council reviewed and approved minutes of the January 21, 2004 Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council meeting.</p><p>REPORT FROM SUB-COMMITTEES</p><p> EDUCATION</p><p>Ms. Clarkson reports working with DCP to collaborate on the mobile home manufactured information that will be appear on the DCP website. The committee is working on providing a home page for manufactured home communities with a variety of links that will serve to educate and inform parties of mobile home park residents and communities. </p><p>RYDER PARK UPDATE</p><p>Al Hricz reports that the Wetlands Commission provided approval for 177 homes, with property size restrictions placed on certain lots.
