MOBILE MANUFACTURED HOME ADVISORY COUNCIL

APRIL 7, 2004

The Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council convened April 7, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. in Room 117 of the State Office Building, 165 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106.

Board Vacancies: One Housing Authority Committee Rep, Governor appointment. One Senior Citizen, Governor appointment.

The Advisory Council reviewed and approved minutes of the January 21, 2004 Mobile Manufactured Home Advisory Council meeting.

REPORT FROM SUB-COMMITTEES

 EDUCATION

Ms. Clarkson reports working with DCP to collaborate on the mobile home manufactured information that will be appear on the DCP website. The committee is working on providing a home page for manufactured home communities with a variety of links that will serve to educate and inform parties of mobile home park residents and communities.

RYDER PARK UPDATE

Al Hricz reports that the Wetlands Commission provided approval for 177 homes, with property size restrictions placed on certain lots. Planning & Zoning Commission is in the process of approving the original plans submitted and all else is moving along to the appropriate commissions for their review and approval.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:30 A.M.
