Section 49-29-230 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding a new item to read:</p><p>“(9) that portion of the Catawba River located between the Lake Wylie Dam and the South Carolina Highway 9 bridge crossing of the Catawba River;”</p><p>Time effective</p><p>SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.</p><p>Ratified the 5th day of June, 2008.</p><p>Approved the 11th day of June, 2008. </p><p>______</p>
