While PDC cannot provide all supplies for every training session, these items are standard for each lab: LCD projector, easel, flip chart, and presenters basic training supplies (post-its, markers, pencils, stapler, etc.). Training coordinators are requested to bring with them any other materials they may need. Media Services is not located at Baker Center with PDC so please be sure you have the appropriate amount of materials as copy services will not be available through PDC. When you publicize this event, please include a statement strongly urging participants to car pool to the Professional Development Center. Cooperation in this matter is important for us to be a good neighbor to the residents of our community.</p><p>District Standard Software – currently available in all labs, please indicate application(s) to be used. 1 Internet Explorer 1 Lotus Notes 1 IFAS 1 SASI 1 MS Word 1 MS Excel 1 MS Access 1 MS Power Point 1 Non-standard software______</p><p>The ONLY way to install non-standard Lab software is to contact Connie Gibbens at [email protected] a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the class meeting date. A Heat Ticket must be generated to Desktop Support.
