Rookie – halfway through season we transition to the play ending when the ball is in the possession of an infielder . Ball hitting machine is a dead ball and every player is awarded 1 base . Minors – you can choose to play 4 outfielders without regard to the number of outfielders your opponent is playing . League Wide - Call Ups - once teams are formed each coach must submit a list of age eligible players to be called up – the coach must rotate through the list before calling someone up a 2nd time . Minors and Majors – Time of game limit – if there is no game following on that field, teams cannot start a new inning after the 2hr mark. If there is a game that follows, the teams cannot start a new inning after 1 hour 45 minutes . Pitchers are removed after 2nd mound visit - delete from our rules 2nd visit in same inning . Pitchers pulled at a hard 65 pitch count in Minors and 75 pitch count in Majors . Need clarification on coaches calling last batter to keep under limit . It was suggested for safety concerns to ban all Mako bats . Suggested each team is permitted a head coach and only 1 assistant prior to selection of teams.

Meeting adjourned 8:47 (SK, ED)
