<p> Attachment “I”</p><p>(version 2) Sec. 223. Section 641 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1641), is further amended by </p><p>(a) repealing subsection (a)(3) and inserting a new subsection (a)(3) to read as follows: </p><p>"(a)(3) The term "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection." </p><p>(b) replacing "Secretary" with "Commissioner" wherever it appears; </p><p>(c) inserting in subsection (d)(2)(B), after the first sentence, the following sentence: </p><p>"In the case of willfulness or where public health, interest or safety requires, the suspension of a license or permit may be effective immediately upon service of such notice." </p><p>(d) replace "Customs Service" with "Customs and Border Protection" wherever it appears; and </p><p>(e) repealing subsection (g) and re-labeling current subsection (h) as new subsection (g);</p>
