The Police Department offers an excellent salary and benefits package, including a take-home car and all uniform equipment. </p><p>Benefits include:  Starting Salary: Currently $37,207.06  12-hr shifts, 84 hours per pay period  Additional Certification pay for TCOLE Int., Adv., and Master Certifications and Longevity.  Take-home car (upon completion of FTO Program)  Tuition reimbursement (1/2 of tuition and books if job-related and approved)  All uniforms (including footwear), equipment, and weapons provided.  Insurance: City pays 100% of employee’s health and life insurance.
