Z0158-16 Nick Bezates, 16085 S Ivel Road, Beavercreek, zoned FF10 (farm forest 10 acres), 1.84 acres, requesting a renewal of a level 3 home occupation permit to operate a construction business & use of 1,500 square fet withing a 48’x60’ detached accessory structure. b. Z0147-16 Robert & Catherine Lytle, 21332 S Beavercreek Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 2.03 acres, requesting a renewal of a home occupation permit to operate a gutter installation business from the subject property.</p><p>III. Land Use Decisions: a. Z0048-16, Marvin & Glenda Schmutzler, 17290 S Henrici Road, Oregon City, zoned RRFF5, 3.91 acres, requesting to renew a permit for a Temporary Dwelling for Care to continue to provide care to Evelyn Schmutzler (the care recipient) from Marvin & Glenda Schmutzler (the care providers) because Evelyn Schmutzler requires care due to medical conditions.
