A transcript must be submitted with the scholarship application and written essay.</p><p>The applicant must be a participating Catholic, full time student, and a graduate of high school this year; involved in church, school, and community activities or a dependent of a member of Knights of Columbus Council #6210 and or Ladies Auxiliary.
