Holt attributes the safety achievement to employee focus and dedication. “The employees’ commitment to safety is the number one reason we have reached this safety milestone.”</p><p>The safety milestone comes on the heels of the plant’s recognition by its parent company, Saint- Gobain Corporation and its annual North American Health and Safety Awards. The Jackson plant received exceptional marks in this contest earning the Gold award (top honors) in the large plant category.
