Doctor with specialization in pediatric hemotology </p><p>How religious was your parents’ home? How were you raised? I was religious until I was 14 or 15, then I became an atheist. We celebrated all the holidays. We went to the temple on Sabbath evening. I stopped keeping kosher in Hashomer Hatzair.</p><p>What is your mother tongue? Worked as doctor in Kumonova for a year and then in Skopje. He was director of the children’s clinic and a professor at the medical university in Skopje. He did not speak Hebrew but he could translate it, and well. He knew the Talmud and so did my grandfather.</p><p>What sort of work did he do?
