<p>Hello SOUTHERN MAINE MUSIC ACADEMY Participants,</p><p>It’s almost time for the Southern Maine Music Academy, July 7-15, 2012! In this letter, you will find valuable information to help you prepare for camp.</p><p>Important information</p><p>1. If you did not request a specific roommate on your registration form and would like to do so now, please email your request to Lori Arsenault at: [email protected]. 2. Attached are three forms: a. Medical and Parent Consent Form and Agreement b. Rules, Regulations and Policies c. Please note that PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START OF CAMP. Invoices will not be provided except by request. Please feel free to send an e-mail if you need to know the exact balance due, or have a confirmation of amounts paid. Write to Lori at: [email protected].
