Lauren suggestion to call homebase, free samples etc Mental health day is being coordinated by Sally, Matt to be more involved Debbie is to double check puppies are being brought Posters have been completed for the film night Sara has received all the info and contacts from the previous organisers of Disco Soup, Sara to send info to Matt to be passed on to the VegSoc chair</p><p>Big issue interviews will be conducted by Lauren, Friday 14th feb 3-5pm. Ali to send out email to the interest list asking to select a time spot. Ali to organise room for interviews</p><p>3) Member’s Meeting (13th feb) The importance of this was stressed. Needs to be stressed to all members and interested persons. Bath Half fundraising lists to be brought to the meeting Sign ups for the SVW squad will be distributed roles e.g lecture call outs, poster distributing etc</p><p>4) Publicity There were no mentions of V Team in the Bath Student article. Matt brought his up with the organisers which rectified the situation Matt to set up a meeting with Angus and Carrie regarding publicity for the event.
