It is recommended that the Board of Directors approve the minutes of the Regular Board of Directors meeting held on May 21, 2014 and Special Board Meetings held on July 9 and July 23, 2014, as found in Attachment A.</p><p>“Molding Our Students to be Accepting, Insightful, and Compassionate” 2.
