Many ASC judges use such a table; this expands on those we’ve seen. This may be printed out from the website and used for judging.</p><p>Pages 1 through 5 assist in calculating an individual bird’s score. </p><p>Pages 6 through ___ assist in placing potential show winners in order. Those pages assume clustering around scores depending upon a judge’s typical rendition score. If used while judging individual birds, it will help avoid ties.</p><p>Assumptions</p><p>1. All birds fulfill the Freedom requirement and are awarded 10 points 2. All birds score 19 Conformation and 9 on Condition</p><p>Adjustments if Assumptions Are Not Met</p><p>Should a bird’s score differ from the Freedom, Condition or Conformation assumptions, it’s easy to adjust the total score accordingly. </p><p>How to Use The BIS Placement Table</p><p>As you determine scores in classes, record the cage numbers of at least the top three birds in the place corresponding to the scores.
