The holding and receiving fees will be charged to the following individual’s hotel room and must be paid upon checkout.</p><p>EXHIBIT ASSIGNMENTS & HOURS Exhibit space will be assigned at the sole discretion of Florida Housing Coalition based on date of request and payment. Regarding the Housing Expo, preference will be given to Partners for Better Housing at the Sponsor and above levels. Expo displays may be set up Sunday, September 8, 2012, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. The Hotel requires that hotel staff must hang all banners. Hotel staff will be available only during these hours prior to the opening of the conference. The Expo Hall will be locked September 8 at 7 p.m. and September 10 at 5:30 p.m. Break down may begin on Tuesday, September 10 only after 4 p.m., and must be completed by 6 p.m. The Expo Hall will also be locked during lunch during at which time the Expo Hall must be cleared. </p><p>September 8-11, 2013 – Hilton Orlando FLORIDA HOUSING COALITION’S 26th ANNUAL STATEWIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONFERENCE and EXPO Name Badge Order Form </p><p>Exhibitor Name Badges are issued to exhibitors who are not registered for the conference. If individuals not registered for the conference would like access to food functions, please indicate the food functions you would like to attend as seen below. Payment must be received in advance of the conference.</p><p>PLEASE NOTE: For entrance into workshops, full registration and a Conference Name Badge will be required.
