Regular TPS hours for the team are as defined below.</p><p>Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8:30am – 12:30pm, 1:00pm – 5:30pm</p><p>Friday, 8:00am - 10:30am</p><p>However, hours of TPS activity may be changed as required to align to shift break and schedules (night and swing).</p><p>For monthly schedule contact, Alejandra De La Cerda (6555)</p><p>TPS Team Ground Rules:</p><p> Think aggressively Full pro-active involvement Stick to the defined schedule TPS Team member must have a back-up defined while in TPS When in TPS, member are not to be disturbed unless emergency defined as: o Safety related event (work or outside of work) o Line is stopped o Bad quality being passed to next process (customer) Ok to push and challenge each other Willing to work and implement on all shifts Document results Build personal know-how</p>
