That certainly is not to say that everyone can or has done it well. There is a difference between knowing the technical elements of web development and creating attractive and functional web pages. </p><p>Web Sites should be designed around the needs of their audience and a clear list of its purposes (provide information, sell product, increase brand recognition etc.) should be discernible to the individuals who visit the sites.
