Passed</p><p>OLD BUSINESS: none</p><p>NEW BUSINESS: </p><p>1. Washington Leadership Academy flyer was presented</p><p>2. Trading Pins process has changed. This will prevent any copy write issues. Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group will be coming up with three designs. The membership will vote on the pin choice from those designs at Fall Leadership Conference.</p><p>3. The State Office Selection Process and Application Process has been changed. The changes were voted on and approved by the State Officer Team. Copies of the Selection Process and Application were distributed to interested Advisors.</p><p>President and Vice President selection will remain the same as in the past once 2 candidates are slated. </p><p>Schools are divided into large and small. Size is based on last year’s membership numbers. Schools with 1-100 members are considered a small school and schools with 101+ members are considered a large school.</p><p>Final scores will be determined by the following percentages: Online test 30% Interview 50% Vote at FLC 20% Campaign speeches will be recorded at each school and a YouTube link will be submitted.</p><p>4. At State Leadership Conference, the top “qualified” competitors will advance to Round 2. The number of top “qualified” competitors will be determined by time and space for the competition. Not just top 20, limit will still be no more than 20. [Type text] BALLOT: Each item on the ballot was explained and discussion was held with questions from advisors answered.
