Write down the Dinner number and your name(s) on paper and send it in with your check.</p><p>No.-1 Breast of Chicken with Shitake and Porcini Mushroom Stuffing Served with Rice Pilaf.</p><p>No.-2 Broiled Salmon with Lemon Pepper and Dill Butter Served with Rice Pilaf.</p><p>No.-3 Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef served with Roasted Red Potatoes</p><p>No.-4 Pasta: Large Stuffed Vegetable Ravioli with Marinara Sauce and grated Parmesan Cheese.</p><p>All of the above are served with Seasonal Vegetable Medley.</p><p>“Those Registrants who fail to make their dinner entrée choice will be served an Entrée at random.”</p><p>FEES: $150.00 per plenary session attendee, $75.00 per significant other for the social events if fees received prior to 30 days before the start of the Fly- In. $175.00 per plenary session attendee, $100.00 per significant other for the social events if fees received subsequent to 30 days before the start of the Fly-In. Fees are 100% refundable if refund request is received prior to 30 days before the start of the Fly-In; no refunds thereafter. A dinner cruise on scenic Lake Mead on the Princess Too paddle-wheeler is planned for Thursday evening, and the cost of this cruise in included in your event registration.</p><p>The Princess Too is a Mississippi-style paddle wheel styled boat. It is Coast Guard certified for up to 149 passengers and a crew of 5.</p>
