A report including: </p><p> Definition</p><p> Mechanism of action</p><p> Most common natural constituents used in this type of formulation.  Examples of the products (Trade name, constituents) either in the Egyptian market or not [including photographs for the products.</p><p>2. Formulations from herbal stores: For each formula: ingredients, method of administration, analysis (comment).</p><p>3. Questionnaire:</p><p>4. Analysis & Report of questionnaire Report should include: </p><p> A summary for the most common mistakes in ingredients, methods of administration of the studied formulations.</p><p> A summary for the most commonly used ingredients and methods of administration.</p><p>5.
