<p>General Aviation Slot Clearances Format</p><p>Please ensure the filing for General and Business Aviation slot applications should be strictly according to IATA SSIM format.</p><p>Here is an example:</p><p>GCR /REG VHHH NBBBB 06JUN 010GLF5 EGSS0145 0700EGGW DD SI</p><p>Notes: The first 3 lines & the last line are fixed for automatic system handling. </p><p>GCR – stands for General (Aviation) Clearance Request /REG - can type in any reference after REG – eg. REG CCCC or REF CCCC VHHH – This is the code for Hong Kong Airport SI – stands for special information end of message, can type in any additional information after this code</p><p>Please note there is no need to type in the aircraft registration twice for departure in case of pair leg slot requests.</p><p>For requests using single leg format, please ensure a space is left before the aircraft registration for departure flight:</p><p>GCR /REG VHHH N CCCC 09JUN 010GLF5 0700EGGW D NCCCC 11JUN 010GLF5 EGGW0645 D SI Special information end of message</p><p>The ICAO 4-letter airport code should be used instead of IATA 3-letter airport code.
