Appropriation of Kender Phase4 (Kender Triangle) New Cross SE14 for planning purposes</p><p>To consider the future use of Council land in New Cross.</p><p>4. Disposal of the Premises officer house – Lee Green</p><p>To authorise the sale of a former premises officer house at a school in Lee Green.</p><p>5. Provision of Mobile Phones and airtime -Contract Award</p><p>To award a contract for the provision of mobile phones and airtime.</p><p>6. Fleet Waste Vehicle replacement 2013/14</p><p>To approve the placing of orders under the terms of existing contracts for the supply and delivery of vehicles required for the 2013/14 Fleet replacement programme.</p><p>8. Award of contract for the construction of Primary phase accommodation for the primary phase of Trinity CE Lewisham</p><p>To award a school building contract.</p><p>9. Learning Disability Request to extend specific contracts</p><p>To agree the extension of specific contracts relating to Learning Disability residential services.</p><p>10. Hatcham Temple grove</p><p>Actions to facilitate the works to be carried out by the Academy Trust</p><p>11.
