Notice of Intention to Conduct Business in Private

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the items listed below are likely to be considered in private.

The reason that these items are likely to be considered in private is that they involve the disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

(3) Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding the information)

1. Building School for the Future Sydenham School - Stage 2

To approve a Stage 2 report from the Local Education Partnership

2. Surrey Canal Road Land Exchange

Exchange of land at Surrey Canal Road with land required for the Surrey Canal Triangle (SCT) Regeneration Area.

3. Appropriation of Kender Phase4 (Kender Triangle) New Cross SE14 for planning purposes

To consider the future use of Council land in New Cross.

4. Disposal of the Premises officer house – Lee Green

To authorise the sale of a former premises officer house at a school in Lee Green.

5. Provision of Mobile Phones and airtime -Contract Award

To award a contract for the provision of mobile phones and airtime.

6. Healthwatch Lewisham Contract Award

7. Fleet Waste Vehicle replacement 2013/14

To approve the placing of orders under the terms of existing contracts for the supply and delivery of vehicles required for the 2013/14 Fleet replacement programme.

8. Award of contract for the construction of Primary phase accommodation for the primary phase of Trinity CE Lewisham

To award a school building contract.

9. Learning Disability Request to extend specific contracts

To agree the extension of specific contracts relating to Learning Disability residential services.

10. Hatcham Temple grove

Actions to facilitate the works to be carried out by the Academy Trust

11. Textile Collection Bring Bank Service

To award a contractor for the provision of a textile bring bank service across Lewisham and other authorities who would like to call off from a framework agreement
