<p>WELTEVREDEN GAME FARM – HUNTING RULES</p><p>GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:</p><p>No hunting from or within 500 meters of hunting vehicle except in outstanding circumstances and with the written consent of the owner.</p><p>Fire only allowed in location boma.</p><p>No littering</p><p>No use of private vehicles on farm</p><p>Movement on farm can only occur in the presence of authorized farm personnel.</p><p>Only 8 hunting parties on any given time allowed in veld.</p><p>No shooting of birds, reptiles or other except as on species list.</p><p>No pets.</p><p>If management judges or decides that a hunter is under the influence of alcohol and that he is a danger to others, he will not be permitted to hunt by order.</p><p>The owner and staff does not accept any reliability whatsoever for any loss, damages or injury encountered during your game hunt/stay at the farm.</p><p>At our farm you are at all times at your own risk. Remember there are dangerous animals.</p><p>The person who makes the reservation is responsible for the camp/ damages' / breakages, and all accounts that are not paid.</p><p>All accounts must be paid in full before your departure. SHOOTING IN OF BOWS AND REFILES ARE REQUIRED:</p><p>To ensure bow /rifle shoots true.</p><p>To ensure that the hunter is capable of a safe and moral hunt</p><p>GUIDES:</p><p>At all times hunters will be accompanied by a guide while hunting the game.</p><p>Guide is there for guidance and not responsible for identification of species, sex, and advice on shot placement or judgment on size or quality of trophy – That is the responsibility of the hunter.</p><p>Guide is not responsible for finding of wounded animals; however, they will do their utmost to find the animal.</p><p>Blood , bone , stomach content or other as pointed out by guide after a shot was fired will be counted as a deadly hit and will have to be paid for in full , whether the animal is found or not.</p><p>If satisfactory service was delivered, tipping is encouraged only on departure. But no alcohol please.</p><p>HUNTING TIMES:</p><p>Hunting is allowed from half an hour before sunrise to half an hour before sunset.</p><p>No hunting during the night except with the specific permission of the owner only.</p><p>Hunters Signature.
