Redeploy Illinois – Logic Model Logic Model Redeploy Illinois Goal: To decrease juvenile incarceration through the creation of evidence based community programs that maintain public safety and promote positive outcomes for youth. Eligibility: Any youth under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, not currently in IDJJ, that is facing a possible commitment to IDJJ for a charge other than murder or a Class X forcible felony.
