Again drafted</p><p>For 2 months militia in June 1782 commanded</p><p>By Captain Enslow Coln James Martin assembled at</p><p>Bedford kept garrison there, had to assist in burying</p><p>George Peck and all his family killed by Indians</p><p>And then marched back to Bedford had to obey the</p><p>Officers when ______after the term expired</p><p>Discharged; cannot recall of obtaining a discharge </p><p>At any time volunteered some time previous to this</p><p>______tour served under Captain Rush on</p><p>A __ after Indians marched over Sidling Hill</p><p>Through an uninhabited part of county ___ through ____ Creek Valley but from loss of memory cannot talk to a</p><p>Certainty the exact date nor tours of service but thinks it </p><p>Was ten days; declared ___ other services but can</p><p>Not from ___ of memory ___ any certain statement</p><p>And many occurrences where __ service is forgotten</p><p>That he has no documentary ____ but that he knows of </p><p>One or more persons whose testimony he can procure who</p><p>Can testify at least of seeing him in service (___)</p><p>Daniel Daniels</p><p>Whose ___ will accompany this declaration</p><p>He hereby relinquishes away ______to a pension</p><p>Or ___ except the present time declares that his name</p><p>Is not on the pension ______of any state</p><p>Sworn and subscribed this day and year aforementioned.</p><p>John Dickey John Molott</p><p>__ Moses Starr a clergyman, residing in Belfast Town-</p><p>Ship Bedford County and Daniel Daniels residing in the same</p><p>Hereby certify that we are well acquainted with John </p><p>Molott, who has subscribed and sworn to the above declaration</p><p>That we believe him to be 81 year of age, that he is</p><p>Trusted and believed in the neighborhood where he resides</p><p>To have been a soldier in the revolution that we are convinced</p><p>In that opinion.
