<p> McKnight Mustangs Tournament Organization</p><p>Trophies/medals – Will be in charge of ordering trophies, or medals, or toques for teams. Will need to get together with Tournament Coordinators/Team Manager before ordering. Find out cost or get estimates from trophy supplier(s). Communicate with supplier to ensure product will be ready when required.</p><p>Program – Take the completed programs to Staples and collate and staple programs. (Staple’s has one you can use for cheap). Keep receipts for any costs incurred and give to Team Manager.</p><p>Game Poster – Construct a large poster with game times and chart game wins or losses for all teams and scores and goal differentials. During games record scores by all teams on poster and in a team copy of the program.</p><p>Music – Find out if we can use the Audio System. Let Team Manager and Tournament Coordinators know. Further discussion to follow.</p><p>Snacks – Will need to contact McCain’s to get donations for juice boxes. I will forward the letter of request to you. Find donations from Safeway, Co-op, and Wal-Mart for snacks or gift cards to purchase snacks for after every game. Package snacks in individual treat bags ensuring there is a few more than enough for every player after every game. </p>
