Paulhus, Town Manager</p><p>DATE: October 2, 2015</p><p>1. COUNCIL COMMUNICATIONS: Jim Buck held a meeting on Thursday regarding upcoming Hurricane Joaquin.</p><p>2. Upcoming Events: a. Electronic Collection will be held this Saturday, October 3rd at Public Works from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This will be the last electronic collection for the year. b. “Meet the Candidates” Forum will be held on Monday, October 5th in the Town Council Chambers starting at 7:00 p.m. </p><p>3. Council and Board/Committee Dates: a. Economic Development Commission meeting will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Manager’s Conference Room. b. WPCA & Town Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. c. Republican Town Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 starting at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers. c. Hazardous Waste & Recycle Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 starting at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Manger’s Conference Room.</p><p>4. Department/Division News: a. Public Works – the advertisement for the FT Maintenance position has been posted and the deadline for applications is October 2, 2015.</p><p>5. Board/Commission News:</p><p>6.
