The Subcontractor is to supply and install all garage doors, openers and hardware as specified by CalAtlantic.</p><p>2. The Subcontractor will supply and install scribe trim around garage door opening.</p><p>3. Garage door stops will be set with galvanized finishing nails.</p><p>4. The garage door’s warranty and keys must be placed in a plastic bag and tacked to the inside garage doorjamb.</p><p>5. Garage door opener remotes will be placed inside the opener light cover or atop the opener of the respective garage.</p><p>6. The Subcontractor will close, adjust and test to assure that the garage door lock mechanism works properly.</p><p>7. The Subcontractor will adjust the tension on the garage door so that a garage door opener can be installed in proper working order in the future.</p><p>8. The Subcontractor shall supply all garage doors with a factory-applied finish.</p><p>9. The Subcontractor shall supply two opener remotes per door. If one opener operates a 16’ wide door, then two remotes are required. If two 8’ doors and two openers are selected, then each door requires two remotes.</p><p>10. Materials Specified</p><p>1. Wayne-Dalton steel insulated door with double lock bars. Series is determined by CalAtlantic Plans and specifications.</p><p>III. Standards/Warranties</p><p>1. The Subcontractor must guarantee all labor and material for one (1) year after settlement.
