<p> NOTICE</p><p>The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Granger Lake is seeking your opinion!</p><p>Within the next three years construction of the Brazos River Authority East Williamson County Water Treatment Plant, Raw Water Intake will occur in Wilson H. Fox Park. Construction will occur in two phases. Phase 1 will be the trench excavation, placement and assembly of the water pipelines from the entry of the day use area to the intake site at the cul-de-sac near campsites 19 and 20. Estimated time of construction for phase 1 is between 1 and 3 months with a target winter season timeframe (Oct-Feb). Phase 2 will be the construction of the raw water intake structure. Estimated time of construction for this phase is 18 months (year round). Impacts of construction on day use and boat ramp facilities are considered to be minimal, however, work vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment will be moving from park entrance through the camping area, resulting in increased traffic and noise levels, as well as dust and possible road repairs. How would you like to see the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operate Wilson H.
