CARRIED</p><p>11 – 2012 JOHNSON: That Councillor Johnson will investigate further the request of highway trailer being stored on public land.</p><p>CARRIED</p><p>12 – 2012 JOHNSON: That Council carries forward the discussion of updating the Emergency Response Plan to the next regular council meeting.</p><p>CARRIED</p><p>13 – 2012 JOHNSON: That Council recommends that the advanced polls be on February 4 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. </p><p>CARRIED</p><p>14 – 2012 JOHNSON: That Council declares that the next regular meeting is to be held on December 10 2012 at 6:00 p.m, whereas the newly elected councilor will attend and be sworn in to council of Tuxford.</p><p>CARRIED NEW BUSINESS</p><p>15-2012 JOHNSON: That Council set the water rates bylaw at the next regular council meeting to reflect $35.00 per month for max of 2500 gallons and that each 1000 gallons of use thereafter be charged $10.00 per 1,000 gallons. sewage rates to remain at $15.00 per 3 months. </p><p>CARRIED</p><p>16-2012 JOHNSON: That Council accepts the verbal report from the Administrator indicating that the office will be closed to attend the SUMA convention from </p><p>Minutes Village of Tuxford Council Meeting January 7 2012 2 of 3</p><p>January 28 2012 until February 2 2012.</p><p>CARRIED</p><p>17-2012 JOHNSON: That Council request that the Administrator look into the bylaws regarding the parking of registered vehicles and the water arrears regulations and report back to council at the next regular council meeting.
