<p>Iredell County provides all full-time employees with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides confidential assessment, referral and follow-up services to help employees who may be experiencing personal problems. Employees are entitled to three free visits per fiscal year (7/1 – 6/30).
