Iredell County Provides All Full-Time Employees with Access to an Employee Assistance Program

Iredell County provides all full-time employees with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides confidential assessment, referral and follow-up services to help employees who may be experiencing personal problems. Employees are entitled to three free visits per fiscal year (7/1 – 6/30). This includes services for your immediate family members as well.

The EAP can be effective in addressing a variety of problems including:

 Alcohol & drug problems  Relationship issues  Stress  Emotional difficulties  Marital & family conflicts  Employment concerns

Participation in EAP services is confidential and will not jeopardize job security or opportunity for promotion.
