<p> Liphook United Football Club Affiliated to the Hampshire Football Association www.liphook-united.org/tournament16/</p><p>Liphook United FC Annual Summer Football Tournament 2016 at Bohunt School, Longmoor Road, Liphook, Hampshire GU30 7NY on Saturday and Sunday 28th and 29th May 2016</p><p>Dear Team Manager or Club Secretary</p><p>I am pleased to invite you to participate in The Liphook United Annual Summer Tournament.</p><p>The tournament format will be a first round league and then knock out competition. The intention is that all teams will play at least four matches.</p><p>Under 9 and above winners and runners-up team members will each receive a trophy, and all Under 7 and 8 festival participants will receive a commemorative medal.</p><p>Applications will be processed on a first come first served basis and the closing date for applications is Sunday 15th May 2016.</p><p>The cost of entry per team is £30.</p><p>The provisional tournament details are:</p><p>Under 7 and 8 Teams will play a 5-a-side festival. The maximum squad size will be ten which gives up to three substitutes to be used on a roll-on, roll-off basis. All players will receive a commemorative medal.</p><p>Under 9, Under 10, Under 11, Under 12 and Under 13 Teams will play a 6-a-side tournament. The maximum squad size will be nine which gives up to three substitutes to be used on a roll-on, roll-off basis.</p><p>Under 14, Under 15 and Under 16 Teams will play a 5-a-side tournament. The maximum squad size will be eight which gives up to three substitutes to be used on a roll-on, roll-off basis.</p><p>Please note that the age groups are for the 2015/16 season and a youth football league registration card should be available for inspection for all players.</p><p>Page 1 of 4  Information, advice and a results service will be provided throughout the day</p><p> The tournament will be registered with the Hampshire FA and refereed by qualified officials</p><p> The St John Ambulance / Red Cross will be in attendance for all of the matches</p><p> Toilets and baby changing facilities will be provided</p><p> Freshly prepared hot and cold food will be available throughout the day</p><p> Hot and cold drinks will be available, at reasonable prices, throughout the day</p><p> Trophies / medals will be presented shortly after each age group competition / festival</p><p> A parking fee of £2 will be charged and this includes a comprehensive tournament programme.</p><p>Provisional schedule:</p><p>Saturday Sunday U8 U7 U10 U9 U12 U11 U14 U13 U16 U15</p><p>Please note that places can be reserved via e-mail or telephone by contacting the tournament secretary:</p><p>Mr Steve Davis on either 07917 131759 or [email protected] </p><p>However, a cheque must be sent within a week of reservation, to allow for the application to be fully processed.
